Perfect for baby showers, birthday celebrations, team meetings and more, the space can be hired exclusively and comfortably accommodates 25–30 people, giving you the freedom to make it your own. Enjoy the comfort and charm of our café, with the bonus of privacy and flexibility for your event.

FAQs
When is the upstairs space available?
The space is available to hire during our opening hours, from 10am–3pm.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
All food and drink consumed in the upstairs space must be purchased from the coffee shop.
Is the upstairs space accessible?
Please note that the space is on the first floor of the building and direct access is via a staircase. There is a lift in the adjoining building which can be used however there is still a short flight of 5 stairs into the room.
Is there a cost to hire the space?
There’s no charge to hire the room for groups of 15 or more, as long as refreshments for the group are purchased from The Overflowing Cup. For smaller groups, please get in touch so we can discuss your requirements and costs.
